Sauna is an integral part of Finnish culture - both in everyday life, and also for special occasions. Nowene offers a wide variety of different types of Sauna experiences, as well as wellness treatments with wonderful health benefits. You can have a dip in the refreshing lake pool, enjoy the warm jets of the jacuzzi tub, pamper your skin with a peat treatment, experience deep relaxation with a hydro massage, and experience Finnish culture at its finest in the traditional saunas. You can retreat to the indoor tent village for silence and meditation, give your body a workout in the gym, or indulge by booking one of our other treatments to elevate your health and wellbeing.
The Spa and Sauna world is officially certified by Sauna Finland with an "Authentic Finnish Sauna Experience" quality certificate, which guarantees a top quality standard and worry-free relaxation.
Nowene spa offers a wide range of services. Four different types of sauna will warm your body and soul in a variety of different ways. Our largest pool is modeled after a Finnish lake - it is kept at an authentic summer lake temperature, and it is complete with platforms and chairs for relaxing with a refreshing drink after sauna and swimming, for that real summer lake experience. The Nowene spa bar serves both alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, as well as savory snacks. Our relaxation area, complete with an indoor tent area and meditation spaces, is a retreat for those who crave calm and quiet.
Your aches and pains will all but disappear with the help of our natural treatments. From peat treatments, to a deeply relaxing hydro massage, to salt inhalation for your lung health, to cryotherapy (extreme cold at -110 degrees to reduce inflammation) - Nowene utilizes nature's own powers to give you a unique experience to heal your mind, body and soul.
The Nowene spa and sauna world is open upon request. Once a month, we also offer a naturist experience open for public for people who are 18+. Tickets for this experience must be purchased in advance.
